Users may enjoy a one-time, free three-day trial to Dispo MAX when they have subscribed to a year-long subscription. At the end of those three days, users will be charged.
In certain instances, users may be charged immediately for the full subscription despite seeing a three-day trial advertised. This occurs when you have already claimed the free trial once before — Apple only permits users to redeem one trial per Apple ID.
If you have previously redeemed a trial, you will be immediately charged for the full amount of the subscription. Dispo has no control over this charge, as all subscription and payment information is handled directly by Apple.
We highly recommend contacting Apple as soon as you notice an erroneous subscription charge. We will work with Apple on our end to ensure refunds are processed as intended.
